Oh my goodness, I think I’ve been robbed! Who would break into my house simply to ran-sack my sewing room? I think this person thought it would be funny to go through every thing in this room, looking for gold or diamonds or something, and not have the decency to put it all back. I mean, who would do such a thing? Who would open up patterns and leave leave strewn around? Who would toss a bunch of triangle shaped fabric scraps all over my floor? Who would unfold all my fabrics and bunch them up into wrinkley balls? Oh the humanity…….
Oh! I am so glad to see this. I am just on my way up to find the top of my sewing table but the overwhelming thoughts of cleaning it up made me decide to get on the computer instead. And then I saw your pics. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with patterns laying around. Whoever that was that made that mess got from Utah to NC pretty fast.
I can't believe it happened at your house too. They came and did the same thing with all of my sewing things. I believe we should call the local authorities. BTW amen on the hating to sew costumes.
I LOVE your sewing room. It says to me that creativity flows freely & caution got left at the door! Which in my case is an amazing & terrifying thing to ever come!

ReplyDeleteNice. Whoever did it is probably related to my offspring. The disaster gene runs thick in our family, huh?
